First floor: The apartment is at the first floor of the building. You enter the apartment in a large hallway with cloak area. There is a modern and separate toilet. The modern bathroom has a bath, which also can be used as a shower, and a separate washing sink. Towels etc. are provided.
It has a very spacious light en-suite living room consisting of two parts: a dining area and living area. It includes a sound system, TV, Wi-Fi, dining table which seats 6 guests, many books, cd’s, DVD’s, I-Pad and literature to use, large couch, comfy chair and other furniture.
The light major bedroom (at the back side) has a large double spring box bed with two matrasses and a huge cloakroom. Clean sheets are of course provided.
The smaller 2nd bedroom (at the street side) has a single bed and entrance to a small balcony. Airbeds are available upon request for extra guests. (It’s also possible to sleep at the couch in the living room)
There is an open and modern kitchen with all amenities such as an oven, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, large fridge and freezer, toaster, good knives and pans, plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, glasses etc.
The kitchen and living room have access to the balcony with a spacious view at the indoor and communal garden. The balcony is a great place to start your day with a breakfast.
This apartment is situated in the city center, close to all shopping areas (ie. Spui, Grote Markt, Noordeinde), ‘Avenue Culinaire’, China Town and international train station ‘The Hague HS’ (5 min. walk) with many international and local restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars and café’s. It is built in 1932 in a beautiful architecture style and located in a quiet and green street of the lively ‘Stationsbuurt’. Many theatres, cinemas and museums are also within walking distance (10 min. max). Major exit roads and public transport are easily accessible, nearby trams (5 min. walk) will get you in no time to all popular spots in town as to the beach. There are enough parking spaces in the street. The apartment has a well-maintained communal garden at the back of the house and therefore has an open, green, and light view at the back from its balcony and windows.
